A 25 year resident of Las Vegas, and top producing Realtor for the last ten, Mark Wiley’s passion is empowering clients to achieve their real estate dreams across all types of transactions. While assisting everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned luxury real estate investors, he leverages specialty expertise through his years of living and working in the valley paired with invaluable relationships both in-town and across the country.

An earned-in member of the Keller Williams Realty Luxury Division, Wiley leads his local market center’s luxury arm. He is also one of few Realtors accepted into the elite Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment Division, working with high profile athletes, entertainers and professional sports organizations nationally. In 2024, Wiley was hand-selected as one of Gary Keller’s Top 100 Individual Agents, granting exclusive access to mentorship from the most iconic leader and influencer within the real estate industry.

Wiley has built an eminent career helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions with ease. His sales production consistently places Wiley in the top 1% locally while also serving his community in leadership roles, including past-President of the UNLV Alumni Association and President Emeritus of foster care organization, Olive Crest-Nevada. Mark is currently serving his third year as Chairman of the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Community Board, and sixth year as a member of the Dignity Health Foundation Board of Directors.

When not assisting clients or serving his community, Wiley treasures time with family, especially his wife Jennifer, and their seven-year-old son, Anderson. Their dogs Kiko, Leo and Puggy Smalls round out their happy clan! He is living his purpose by facilitating life-changing transactions while bettering the community he calls home.

He spearheaded his previous firm’s market transition around cannabis legalization, representing premier brands and advising landlords statewide. Chris Ash joins the Mark Wiley Group as Director of NFL and NCAA Football Relations. With over 27 years of coaching experience in the collegiate and professional levels of football, Chris’s ability to relate to our clients in all stages of their career is what garners the elevated level of trust and connectivity we have with our clients. As a member of the elite Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment division, our team is able to provide the specialized support that players, coaches, and their family members require anywhere in North America or around the world.

Chris has led players and coaches in several different roles throughout his 27 year coaching career. He has served as the Head Coach at Rutgers University and Defensive Coordinator at Ohio State, Texas, Arkansas, Wisconsin, and Drake. Chris has coached the Defensive backs in the NFL for the Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars. He began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant at Drake University in 1996.

Chris is a native of Ottumwa, Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University in 1996 and was a two-year letter winner for the Bulldogs. Chris earned a master’s degree from Iowa State in 2003. Chris and his wife Doreen are the parents of Brady, Alexis, Tanner, and Jacey. Chris currently lives in Ponte Vedra, FL and is working for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Pro Scouting.

Chad Nehring’s journey in professional hockey is a testament to his dedication, skill, and adaptability both on and off the ice. From his early days lacing up skates in his hometown of Springside in Saskatchewan, Canada, Chad’s passion for hockey was evident.

Chad began his professional hockey career in 2010 when he signed with the Idaho Steelheads in the East Coast Hockey League. Over the course of 8 years he also played with the Greenville Road Warriors, Arizona Sundogs, and the Las Vegas Wranglers in 2013/14 before moving up to the AHL, where he played for the Hartford Wolf Pack and Binghamton Senators. His career took him to Europe in 2017, where he showcased his talents in the top leagues of France and Germany. After seven successful seasons playing in Europe, Chad and his wife, Leah, have returned to Las Vegas, where they plan to raise their newborn daughter. This new chapter in Chad’s life sees him transitioning from professional athlete to trusted advisor, bringing the same dedication and teamwork that defined his hockey career to his role in the real estate industry.

Throughout his professional journey, Chad demonstrated not only athletic prowess but also a keen business acumen. In 2015, with an eye toward his future beyond the rink, he began exploring opportunities in the real estate and mortgage industry. This foresight allowed him to build a foundation for his post-hockey career while still competing at the highest levels of the sport. Chad’s unique background as a professional athlete, combined with his experience in international markets, provides him with a distinctive perspective in the real estate industry. His commitment to excellence and his understanding of the importance of home - both on the road and off - make him an invaluable asset to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in property.

A graduate of Nova University, Maria Godino has 20 years of combined experience in the fields of law, real estate sales, and education. Through these experiences, Maria has mastered the art of patience, understands the importance of clear communication and paying attention to the finer details of every situation.

As the director of operations and client experience, Maria’s focus is on internal and external communications, as well as maintaining a pleasant client and team member experience.
